About TD
Totally Drained Plumbing has been proudly serving the Central Coast since the 1990s. What started as a small plumbing business grew over the years, becoming a registered company in 2005. Based in Erina, we service homes, businesses and building projects right across the Central Coast.
The TD Story
We’re a local, hands-on plumbing company that believes in quality over quantity. When you call Totally Drained Plumbing, you deal with us directly and can expect to see the same familiar faces on site, not a different plumber every time.
Plumbing is in our family. We’re second-generation plumbers, which means we’ve grown up learning the traditional, ‘old-school’ techniques and skills that come from years of experience. At the same time, we’ve embraced new technology, innovative methods and modern plumbing practices as the industry has evolved.
For us, doing a job properly is more important than doing it quickly or cheaply. Our experienced tradesmen take pride in their work, and we pass those same standards and values on to our apprentices.
Whether you’re a homeowner, builder or business owner, we’re committed to providing reliable advice, quality workmanship and a service you can trust.
We work across residential and commercial plumbing, including:
-
New homes and builds
-
Unit and townhouse developments
-
Secondary dwellings and granny flats
-
Small and major renovations
-
Commercial and business premises
-
Plumbing repairs and maintenance
-
Ongoing plumbing services for homes and businesses
But you don’t have to take our word for it. Our customers’ reviews, testimonials and repeat business speak for themselves.
At Totally Drained, we’re proud to build long-term relationships with our customers and to be the plumbers they know they can call when the job needs to be done right.

Five-star rating! We can thoroughly recommend Totally Drained for a highly professional, attention to detail and thorough approach to their work. Top class, outstanding plumbers who treat their covered work as if it will be on display. We could not have been happier with their work.

Our experience with Ben and his team was nothing short of first rate. Ben went above and beyond his scope of work to give us a fantastic outcome. He was professional, reliable, and easy to have discussions with. We would be happy to recommend Ben in the future.
